From 2003 to 2018, I was the Artistic Director of "Avva Laff!" Productions, a theatre company specialising in comedy shows for family audiences. In this role, I  wrote, directed and produced 16 shows for Legoland Windsor incorporating a wide variety of entertainment including Street Performance, Cabaret Shows, Theatre, Circus and Promenade Theatre along with project management of seasonal entertainment teams.

In 2016 and 2017, I took our hit family show "The Grimmest of Grimm Tales" to both the Edinburgh and Brighton Fringe Festivals, where it picked up rave press and audience reviews and a nomination for the Primary Times Children's Choice Award.

I have also written and directed shows for Butlins, The Ministry of Fun, Once Upon a Bus and Fit-Up Theatre and written slapstick and comedy routines for pantomimes for the Gala Theatre Durham, The Capitol Horsham and The Hiss & Boo Company.

Directorial training includes courses with the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, Spymonkey and Told By An Idiot.
